Rose River Farm provides the perfect setting for Corporate Retreats, Strategy Meetings, Sales Meetings, Incentive Trips and Customer Appreciation Events in Madison County Virginia. Utilizing both cabins we sleep 8 comfortably. With fly fishing and other nearby field sports activities such as sporting clays or preserve bird hunting we will make your next event one to remember. We can arrange a local Virginia wine tasting and provide a well tested group of caterers for your dining pleasure. Of course we can provide group fly fishing lessons or individual guiding. Weddings

Rose River Farm is the perfect venue for intimate, low key, outdoor Virginia weddings. With beautiful views of Old Rag Mountain, Double Top Mountain and loads of hunt country pasture our outdoor wedding location is hard to beat. Our pricing is very simple and cost effective -- rent both cabins for a two day minimum and there is no site fee. Add our 20 x 30 double peaked wedding tent ($250 set up fee) and you are all set. We can provide a list of caterers but you can also choose to self cater. Our preferred wedding size is 12 - 75 guests. If a laid back, country style Madison County wedding is what you are after you will be pleased.

Family Reunions

The Cabins at Rose River Farm are ideal for small family reunions. If a country style Pig Picking or BBQ is what you are after look no further Syria, VA and the Rose River Farm. As with our weddings the pricing is simple; rent both cabins for a two night minimum and there is no site fee. We can provide a double peaked 20 X 30 tent ($250 fee) and up to 50 chairs and 8 banquet tables ($100 fee).
