Project Healing Waters 4th Annual Two Fly Tournament will be held at Rose River Farm-- You can find
the latest information at the 2-fly Blog. What a day we had last year raising over $100,000. I want to
thank everyone who helped make make last years event such a success. Joe Humphreys gave a
great fly fishing clinic and Ed Gentry cooked up a great lunch and dinner-- both will be back this year.

It is cold but the fishing conditions remain excellent. The water levels are perfect with strong flow and
good depth. We have lots of eager trout looking for a well cast fly. I took a number of really nice fish on
top with size 14 orange stimulators while shooting a new show for FRC. Nymphs and dry flies are
consistently producing 2 to 4lb rainbow trout with some as large as 7lbs. Orange stimulators, Stone fly
drys, Rose River Specials and peach buggers are all good choices. We shot an episode of Fly Rod
Chronicles in the spring too. What a day of big rainbows and some beautiful wild brookies. It is time
