"For over three decades I've fished the spring creeks of Paradise Valley, Montana and I can truthfully say that my days spent on Rose River Farm compare very favorably. The Rose River is at its scenic best as it flows through this lovely corner of Madison county and its population of big, energetic rainbows will challenge and generously reward the angler. Plus, there is always the chance of landing a wild, Rose River native brookie of a size not commonly found south of the Canadian border."
-Michael Simon, Angling Artist
Our stretch of the Rose River is some of the purest water in the State of Virginia. It is regularly tested for both water quality and aquatic insect populations. With strict catch and gentle release fishing our trout population stays strong year round.
