PLEASE READ CAREFULLY CLIENT'S ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY, RELEASE OF LIABILITY In Consideration of Rose River Fly Fishing, and Rose River Farm LLC furnishing services and/or equipment to enable me to participate in fishing, wading, rafting, boating, meals, and any other activities offered by Rose River Fly Fishing, and Rose River Farm LLC. I agree as follows: I fully understand and acknowledge that outdoor recreational activities have: (a) inherent risks, dangers and hazards and such exists in my use of fishing and other related water equipment and my participation in fishing activities; (b) my participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily serious injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability; (c) these risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of the owners, employees, sub-contractors, officers or agents of Rose River Fly Fishing, and Rose River Farm LLC; the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature or other causes. Risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes including, but not limited to, map or trip descriptions that may misjudge terrain, weather, trail or river route location, and water level, risks of falling out of or drowning while in a raft, pontoon boat, drift boat, kayak, or wading and such risks, hazards and dangers that are integral to recreational, meal, and fishing activities and/or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibilities for any losses and/or damages whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, sub-contractors, agents, or employees of Rose River Fly Fishing, and Rose River Farm LLC or by any other person. I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, any minors in my group, and my heirs hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Rose River Fly Fishing, Rose River Farm LLC, and it's owners, agents, sub-contractors, officers and employees from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services of otherwise which may arise out of my use of equipment or my participation in activities provided and sponsored by Rose River Fly Fishing, and Rose River Farm LLC. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, agents, sub-contractors, officers, agents or employees of Rose River Fly Fishing, and Rose River Farm LLC. In consideration of the obligations hereinafter set forth, I hereby assume all legal and monetary responsibilities and risk for all property rented on or on loan from Rose River Fly Fishing, and Rose River Farm LLC, it's employees, or agents, as a result of our use, transport, and/or possession of equipment of any kind or description whatsoever. I understand that no refunds will be made due to any stream structures or weather or river conditions as found or changed at any time whatsoever. I am over eighteen years old, am physically and mentally capable of participating in this activity as are all minors in my group, have read all the above. I will carefully inspect all equipment rented or loaned and acknowledge that my use of it accepts it to be safe and in satisfactory condition. I realize the very real dangers that exist in this activity and undertake it at my own risk. No one has minimized the hazards. The Venue of any dispute that may arise out of this agreement or otherwise between the parties to which Rose River Fly Fishing, and Rose River Farm LLC or its agents is a party shall be either the town of Culpeper, Virginia Justice Court or the Circuit Court of Culpeper County and the State Supreme Court of Virginia. I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE AND BY ACCEPTING IT AGREE IT IS MY INTENTION TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE ROSE RIVER FLY FISHING, AND ROSE RIVER FARM LLC FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE. THIS WAIVER RELEASE AGREEMENT WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2024. I have read and accept the terms of the Waiver.>

Rose River Farm

Our stretch of the Rose River is some of the purest water in the State of Virginia. It is regularly tested for both water quality and aquatic insect populations. With strict catch and gentle release fishing our trout population stays strong year round.
